A few counter stools allow immediate consumption of spectacular spelt flour roti folded over a spicy blend of wild salmon, chickpeas, carrots, kale and pumpkin. At $14, it is enough for two. Additional vegetarian variations are available, the often changing menu written on blackboards.
Desserts are nearly as salubrious as the fruit and vegetable smoothies. Moist red velvet cake is stained with beet juice, and intense chocolate layer cake benefits from raw cacao, making this a place where a sweet tooth and a health nut can find common ground.
